Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
E & A Cares Counseling Consultant Services, LLC accepts most major insurances. We also accept several EAP programs as well. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
I accept ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance by either phone (478) 304-5060 or email at drpooler@eaccs13.com, you are required to pay the no show/late cancel fee of $45.00. This fee must be paid in full prior to your next scheduled session.
